1. Scope of Services: We provide professional security services, including but not limited to armed and unarmed security officers, mobile patrols, event security, CCTV monitoring, and security consulting.

2. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information regarding service requirements, ensure a safe working environment for our personnel, and comply with all applicable laws. Any unsafe conditions must be immediately reported and resolved.

3. Service Agreements All services are subject to a written contract or service order specifying the scope, schedule, and fees. Verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

4. Payment Terms Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Late payments may incur a service charge of 5% per month or the maximum permitted by Texas law.

5. Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Cancellation and Termination Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ written notice for service
cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to one day of service. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for unsafe conditions or breach of these Terms.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all business, operational, and personal information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Website Use All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of D.O.R Protection Group and may not be reproduced without permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
